Inquisitor level 70 pure PVE skill build (guide)

With the release of lvl 70 cap few months ago, I present you some of the reliable skill builds that can be use for PVE ONLY. This guide includes 1-2 builds when we get our long awaited boost.

*Side note: 70 cap critical cap is 61920(89%), while fd is 2974 and def cap (85%): 58110

VERSION 1: Cleric's tree skill build. Pure offensive build, zero survivability.

Pretty much same with 60 cap, with the exception that charged bolt at level 21 and aerial evasion level 2. I'm pretty sure 70 cap max mp is super high that is not necessary to up both mp skills. There is no way you would run out of mp with the exception of solo-ing long nests. Lol. This build rely on your skill to keep dodging.

VERSION 2: More towards survivability.

If you think you are not that good of dodging, then drop charged bolt to 11 or 16 (up to you) but this build includes max toughness, level 3 block, and both level 1 mp passive for regeneration. Level 1 mp regen is good enough.

Priest skill tree:
VERSION 1: Current metagame (sea)

All party buffs are maxed, no argument here. Even though inquisitor is more of offensive play style, yet your job is to support at same time.

This build include avenging wave (aka 2nd recovery), maxed cure relic and level 6 holy burst.

Why maxed cure relic? For every level increase, the cool down is reduced by 1 sec, which gives you 21s cool down at maxed level. With this, you may remove the cure relic plate and replace with other skill plate of your choice.

I would say this build is quite reasonable for those who started playing as inquisitor or not so aggressive style of play.

VERSION 2: Good for raid party/ solo-ing

Now this type of build is serious offensive build and semi support at the same time. Why? Cause avenging wave is not included, thus no "2nd recovery" to escape from being combo by mob. Cure relic level 1, means you will need a cure relic plate if you are nesting/ doing raid party.

I maxed chain lightning cause of the number of bounces, but the chain lightning AI is a bit "dumb", so leave at level 16 will do would be fine.

*Note: For PvE build , pls DO NOT take bind relic cause is so useless unless you're a saint. Lol


VERSION 3: Future Inquisitor Boost
*Side note*
Heaven Judgment: damage increase significantly. Invincible while casting
Lv2 - 2530%+51341, light resist reduction 33%.

Consecration: when casting within the aoe of consecration, the dmg of Grand Cross +500% and Holy Burst +300%. 

Grand Cross: damage increase significantly.
Lv11 - 513%+ 39348

Lightning Bolt: can be cancelled anytime during casting. 

I may intend to use this build in the future for maximize dps. There are few variations, either you can follow like this build OR level 6 holy burst/ level 11 Lightning boly OR maxed cure relic/ level 17 CL and level 6 holy burst. However, you have to sacrifices some healing relic level in order to have this super offensive build.

I wouldn't recommend this build if you have party members would just yolo dps and wouldn't care of dodging, thus in need of your healing relic.

Version 4: More towards support

This build leaning towards a more supportive build with maxed healing relic and cure relic (for the option of replacing cure relic plate). I too wouldn't recommend this build. If you want to play a more supportive class, just become a saint will do. =)

Inquisitor tree: Nothing much to say, level 1 shock transition, maxed consecration and up all EX except detonate EX. Same reason as previous build.

Skill heraldry:
Cure relic (CD): for raid
Healing relic (CD)
Heal (CD)
Chain lightning (Damage)
Lightning bolt (Damage - for current meta until boost)
Grand cross (Damage - future use)
Consecration (CD - future use)
Heavenly Judgement (Damage - if have another slot)

It's almost one year since I've know you. Throughout the past months, many events have occurred and I thank you for your kind help in helping this lost and lonely person. I hope that you recover soon, things aren't the same without you being around. =P.

Once a upon a time, I've shyly asked you to lend me a hand, not knowing what would your answer be from a stranger like me. Thus, I'm glad that you would be my partner and helped me. By far, you are the best partner that I've could ever ask. =P... *Insert: sorry boss*. Besides, been awhile to just simply hang around and have random chats in game.
